This is an amazing little shop! Pet friendly, staff that really know & believe in the products that they sell. They also really take the time to make sure you get the proper information, and products for your pet. They also offer a delivery service, and i hear they are hoping to expand their delivery in the up coming months. If you have not checked out this place yet... you really should.

You walk in to be greated by a gentle giant (their Bernese Mountain Dog) and also a very friendly smile from the owners who are more then happy to answer any questions you might have either about food/product, clothing (for your beloved pet) or grooming. I found their knowledge to be very extensive and correct. When taking your pet in with you they get a fresh homemade treat which any pet would love. Store is very clean, prices are extremely good (better then all I have seen in ottawa), quality of food and other products is amazing. I would recommend that you check this store out as you will be very happy you did.

They are the most amazing people. Their knowledge and commitment to helping my two cats stay healthy and happy is second to none. All their advise has worked to a "T". Thank god I have found this place. My cat (Luna and Teagan) have never had it so good. Thanks to Jodi and Greg my babies will get everything they deserve. Thank you guys!!! Keep up the great work.

Very warm and friendly staff, not to mention quite knowledgeable. Always attentive and ready to listen to each customers needs. Great quality products sold for reasonable prices. Thier grooming services make your dog or cat feel relaxed and right at home because everyone's pet is always handled with such care. My dog LOVES visiting there! She gets spoiled with love & attention each time we go. Great little treasure we've found in "A Guy, A Girl, Two Dogs & A Cat". No other pet store/boutique can beat it in our book!

This place is incredible! Great downtown Ottawa location, the staff is so friendly and helpful. They even have a special little "treat counter" just like in a bakery. I definitely recommend this to any animal lover!
