I haven't been on here for a while now...
been on another forum, it's great all about fish!!!(which I now have a huge interest in)
Started with a betta in a 2.5gallon, now I have 2 bettas (not in the same tank I'm not stupid  ) and a 10 gallon which is currently overstocked but I'm updating to a 20 gallon in a couple of weeks. My 10 gallon currently holds-
3 guppies-
Tux-male black guppy
Tulip-female guppy-ready to give birth any day now!
Banana- female blonde guppy- pregnant!
1gold gourami- stella(moving to the 20 gallon)
1 green tiger barb-(returning to the store)
and 1 peppered cory(getting more soon!)
I will be moving all the fish (except the bettas and tiger barb) to the 20 gallon, and turning my 10 gallon to a sorority tank! (planning on breeding bettas, doing LOADS of research). Just thought I'd share this with you. If you have any comments, please go ahead, as I'm sure somebody will  and if anyone is interested in the forum contact me via PetMail for the info.

I love fish too. In my daughters room we have a 65 gallion tank and we have african ciclids, pluse a Jack demsy and some suckers  . It was a great thing to have on late nights sitting up with my little girl.

thank you very much lypstick. i put a lot of time and effort in my tanks...mind you i am not having such good luck with my gold fish tank. still have so issues with that but my 65gal is in great care. thank you again.

I have Aferican Ciclids and I have a pair of convic ciclids and they just had babies!!! There so tiny and cute!! There must be over a 100!! I was really excited to see them. I will have to take some pics and post them. The parents are very protective of them and chase away all the other fish. If any of the babies start to stray the parents pick them up in there mouth and spit them back into the pile!!

Hi all, here's an update on my tanks!
The green tiger barb, gold gourami, and the peppered cory have been rehomed. Tux died from dropsy :( but before he did I got Stan, another male, and now, Flame, yet another male!
I also have a platy in that tank.
Then, I got a fry tank with 6 fry from Banana :)
And, I bought 4 more bettas! 2 males (Gabriel, a blue marble ct, and Crimson, a red bf rosetail hm) and 2 females (Shiro, a cambodian female and Utsuri, a red bf hm, both sibs to Crimson). I also got my betta breeding tank all set up and waiting for a mw culture to breed my bettas.
Well, Yesterday, Crimson passed  so, I was gonna breed him with Utsuri because they looked like twins, but now, I'm breeding Shiro with Gabby.
Well, that's it for now!
