Marinas, Boating supply places, sporting goods (hunting, fishing, camping) supply stores, and some pet stores are all places that carry them......
You can also order one online (I would suggest a marine supply store for a good one - that is probably cheaper but better than you would get elsewhere) - You can petmail me for the link, or just google up dog + life jackets. (The supplier that I am thinking of is in Halifax.)

i was just in petcetra today and they have all life jackets 50% off with a petcetera card. it's a great deal! i bought one for my sisters 6 mo boxer(not such a great swimmer) i think the sale is on till aug 24 th.

Any Pet store sells pet life jackets. Just try to cost compare cause some have really jacked up the prices.
