Well, I feel somewhat qualified to give an opinion since I am 'Gluten intolerant' myself. I can't have wheat, malt, barley, oats or triticale (whatever that is) I would put them in the freezer to keep them 'fresh' as you are correct in saying that due to the lack of 'preservatives' which is a good thing as preservatives are unhealthy anyway, they won't last as long as store bought ones. e.g. I buy rice bread which I keep in the freezer, and take out as I need to use it. Hope this helps. And well done, now I know where I can get some Dog biscuits if I crave Canine cookies.

hahahaha robbie you are sooo funny... i also make my own dog treats, i usually keep them in the freeer as well and take them out as needed, i usually take out a couple every morning, so they are ready (not frozen) for later in the day
