Come paws, come all... for a cheerful and joyous weekend on Saturday, December 11th and Sunday, December 12th from Noon till 4pm. Urban Out Sitters is hosting an early holiday event called "PAWS 4 IT, SANTA!", where you and your pet(s) can be photographed with Santa Claus. This holiday pet portraiture is a special bonding experience between pet-owners and their pets; it can make the perfect greeting card, original gift or heartfelt keepsake. "Most often pet pictures with Santa are close-ups; at Urban Out Sitters we want to offer much more," said Joseph Giannini.
Remember when your mother or father brought you to see Santa; usually at a nearest mall, set within a beautiful Christmas scenery? Urban Out Sitters will create a spectacular North Pole wonderland, and extend the same experience for pets too. "My design for the holiday installation is to be unique for pets and complimentary with our stores surroundings," remarks Tommy Spinosa.
The photographer is Bob Kessler, who you may know as the voice of News and Weather on WGN-AM Radio. Each digital snapshots is a single, 4x6, inkjet, photo paper printout, at the cost of only $5.00. Photos are printed on-site. If you want more prints or customized greeting cards; information is available online at www.bobkesslerphoto.com or by email request to info@bobkesslerphoto.com
Urban Out Sitters boast their business as being upscale and home-like. With their resources and gratuitous nature, they have gone all out to create a delightful holiday experience for pets. They believe particularly around the holidays, people deserve and expect a little extra admiration. And yes, hot chocolate is available to waiting patrons.
At the door, we will ask for a $2.00 contribution for the "Jolly Paw Foundation." Proceeds will purchase treats to donate for shelter dogs and cats on Christmas Day.
Santa's Advice:
Limit one picture per customer. Pet owners may choose to be in the picture with their pet and Santa. All animals must be leashed and supervised. To safely manage each photo shoot, only a few customers will be allowed into the facility at a one time. If a line forms outside the building, be sure you and your pet are dressed appropriately for outside.
